Return Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make an UNBOXING VIDEO while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unsealed, with original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transit or is not received in good condition, you may return it unused and in its original packaging. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to process any such claim.
