Delivery is attempted 3 times. You can reschedule via the tracking link or authorize someone to receive on your behalf. After 3 failed attempts the package is returned and you'll need to reorder.

Free delivery on orders above ₹499. A ₹49 charge applies to orders below ₹499.

7-day easy returns from delivery date. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Undergarments, cosmetics, and perishables are excluded.

Yes — size and color exchanges are available subject to stock. Same process as a return; replacement delivered in 3–5 business days.

Free pickup for defective or wrong items. Change-of-mind returns may incur charges for certain categories.
