We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (Free on orders above ₹499)

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order by:

• Logging into your RiniDeals account and checking 'My Orders'

• Using the tracking link sent to your email

• Calling our customer support at (+91) 9891115111

We deliver across India to over 25,000+ pin codes. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code during checkout.

For remote locations, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If you're not available:

• You can reschedule delivery through the tracking link

• Authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf

• The package will be returned to our warehouse after failed attempts, and you'll need to reorder

Free delivery on orders above ₹499 for standard delivery.

For orders below ₹499, standard delivery charges of ₹49 apply.

Express and same-day delivery charges are additional as mentioned in delivery options.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for most products from the date of delivery.

Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Certain items like undergarments, cosmetics, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

You can initiate a return through:

• Your RiniDeals account under 'My Orders' section

• Calling our customer support

• Using our mobile app

Once initiated, we'll schedule a pickup from your address within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days

• UPI/Net Banking: 1-3 business days

• Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Yes! We offer size and color exchanges for eligible products.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/color.

The exchange process is the same as return - we'll pick up the item and deliver the replacement within 3-5 business days.

Free pickup for returns and exchanges.

However, if the return is due to change of mind (not defective/wrong item), return shipping charges may apply for certain categories.

No charges for returns due to defective or wrong items delivered.

We guarantee 100% authentic products through:

• Direct partnerships with authorized brands and distributors

• Rigorous vendor verification process

• Multi-level quality checks before dispatch

• Authentic product certificates where applicable

If you suspect you've received a counterfeit product:

• Contact our customer support immediately

• We'll investigate the matter within 24 hours

• If confirmed counterfeit, we'll provide a full refund and take action against the seller

• We also report such cases to relevant authorities

For premium and luxury items, we provide:

Authenticity certificates from brands (where available)

• Hologram stickers and security tags

• Original brand packaging and documentation

• Purchase invoices with brand authorization details

You can verify authenticity by:

• Checking the 'Sold by RiniDeals' tag on product pages

• Looking for brand authorization certificates in product details

• Scanning QR codes or security features on products

• Contacting the brand directly with your purchase details

All our marketplace sellers go through:

Strict verification process including business registration

• Regular audits and quality checks

• Mandatory authenticity guarantees

• Customer feedback monitoring and action on complaints

• Email newsletters (subscribe for exclusive deals)

To apply discount codes:

• Add items to cart and proceed to checkout

• Look for 'Apply Coupon Code' section

• Enter your coupon code and click 'Apply'

• The discount will be reflected in your order total

• Only one coupon code can be used per order

Common reasons for coupon code issues:

Expired code - Check the validity date

• Minimum order value not met

• Code not applicable to items in your cart

• Code already used (one-time use codes)

• First-time user codes used on existing accounts

Offer combination rules:

Only one coupon code can be applied per order

• Bank offers can be combined with coupon codes
